Instructions: Cook white rice according to package directions, then add baby spinach to the pot and cover to wilt the spinach, after about 5 minutes, toss to wilt evenly.
Transfer to a large bowl and, tossing with a fork, add toasted sesame seeds, a little sesame oil and salt. If using one cup rice, use larger pot to add spinach to it, about 8-12 oz.
