	or-use 3 tablespoons total lemon juice
1 tsp	sesame oil
1/2 tsp	brown sugar
1/4 tsp	mustard powder
1 pch	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Put everything in a screw-top jar and shake well. Serve on a green salad

(lettuce, cucumber, spring onions [scallions], green [bell] pepper, mint and basil leaves)
