1/8 cup	Water or Milk
1/2 tbl	Fruit Juice Concentrate
3 tbl	Honey or maple syrup
1/3 tsp	Salt to 3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbl	Vital Gluten to 3T (optional)
3/4 cup	Grain Cereal (4, 7, or 9 grain)
1/4 cup	Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp	Yeast (to 2 tsp)

Instructions:

Instructions: An easy low-rising bread - 7/9 grain cereal may be found at your HFS. - Flour Equivalent 3 cups

Put into bread machine in this order or according to your machine. Bake on
1 1/2 lb loaf cycle.
