Instructions: Combine ingredients, except vanilla, in top of double boiler. Beat on high speed over rapidly boiling water until mixture stands in peak. Remove top of boiler from heat, add vanilla & beat. Spread over cooled cake. (Great frosting for a coconut cake.)
