Instructions: Put cottage cheese through food mill or blender to make it smooth. Beat mashed potatoes into cottage cheese. Beat in sour cream, eggs, salt & cayenne pepper. Stir in green onions. Spoon into pastry shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 until golden brown, about 50 minutes.
