Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 lrg Red onion, finely chopped
2 tsp Fresh ginger
1 tsp Fresh green chilli
1 tbl White cumin seeds
1 tbl Coriander seeds
1 tbl Desiccated coconut
200 gm Fresh corn, cooked
1/2 pt Milk
1 x Tomato, finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Add the onion, cumin seeds, fresh ginger and green chilli to a pan of hot oil and cook for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile put the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and coconut in a grinder, grind well and add to the pan.

Add the corn, salt and milk to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tomato and coriander and serve.
