500 gm Sweet potatoes, boiled and grated
60 gm Mawa, crumbled
80 gm Paneer, grated
25 gm Ginger, julienned
30 gm Mint leaves, chopped
10 gm Grated nutmeg
50 gm Broken cashewnuts, fried
125 gm Roasted gram flour
10 gm White pepper powder
Salt to taste
----------------- FOR THE GARNISH ----------------
1 tsp Chaat masala powder, (5 g)
Instructions:
Instructions: MIX sweet potatoes, mawa, paneer, ginger, mint leaves, cashewnuts, nutmeg and the seasoning. Add gram flour and bind to a dough. Take small portions of the dough and put on skewers as for seekh kababs. Cook in medium hot tandoor till done. Sprinkle chaat masala and lime juice on top. Serve with mint chutney.
