Instructions: Melt two tbsp butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots, and saute for 5 minutes or until soft. Add thyme and black pepper. Remove from heat. Add remaining butter, stir until completely combined. Store covered in fridge. Use over cooked meat, poultry, or seafood.
