Instructions: First coat tuna steaks with Cajun seasoning. Grill until temperature of choice. While grilling, combine cream, butter, mustard, and 3 tablespoons of seasoning and simmer over low heat until slightly thick. When tuna is done, use sauce for dipping or spoon over top.
