1 lb Or more of edible shark fill
Cut into 1/4" thick steaks
1/4 cup Lime or lemon juice, or more
1 tsp Salt, or to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate the shark in the lime juice and salt for not less than 1 hour.

Heat the oil in a skillet over moderate heat. Drain the shark steaks well and fry them for 1 minute on each side. Serve warm. and Sunday Bread by Copeland Marks
