Instructions: Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl (I like to use the big 8 cup Tupperware measuring "cup"). Add the wet ingredients and stir well. As the batter sits it will get thicker, so add additional buttermilk or regular milk to get a consistency you prefer. If youve made pancakes before then you know how to do the rest: Pour about 1/4 cup onto a hot griddle; turn when the top is bubbly and serve with butter or margarine and maple syrup.
