2 cup Flour
3/4 cup Powdered sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 x Egg whites unbeaten
2/3 cup Butter softened
1 tsp Vanilla

1 tbl Butter softened
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla
3 tsp Milk
1/2 x Unsweetened baking chocolate
Instructions:
Instructions: Preparation Time: 0:20
Sift flour, powdered sugar, and salt together. Add egg whites, butter and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Chill 1 hour. Roll dough using rounded teaspoon for each into strips 9" long and 1/4" thick. Shape liek pretzels on ungreased sheets. Bake at 350 F. for 15 - 18 minutes till golden brown. May frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
