Instructions: Slice top of wax on Gouda or Edam cheese into 8 sections, leaving sides and bottom intact; peel wax back to form petals. Carefully remove cheese from shell, keeping shell intact. Beat cheese until smooth; add beef, sour cream, relish and horseradish. Refill shell. Serve at room temperature with sliced apples and assorted crackers.
