Instructions: Place lamb in shallow baking dish. Combine the next nine ingredients and pour over lamb. Marinate in fridge 4 hrs or overnight When ready to cook put lamb on skewer followed by a tomato and a mushroom and another piece of lamb etc. Broil 4 in from heat or barbeque over hot coals for 10-15 min turning and basting often with reserved marinade. Serve over a hot bed of rice.
