Instructions: Make 1 cup hot cooked grits, 1 cup raw grits to 4 cups water.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together 1 cup hot grits, cornbread mix, eggs, milk, butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Layer sausage and grits mixture, top with cheese in casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees. Email this Recipe:
