Instructions: Fry the bacon in a pan until the fat runs add the onion and the garlic crushed with salt and fry for 5 minutes until golden.
Add the carrot celery and tomatoes. Pour in the stock and wine. Stir in the tomato puree season with salt pepper and a pinch of sugar. Cook over a moderate heat for 10 minutes. Add the butter and parsley. Meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes until tender. Drain and add to the sauce. Heat through without boiling.
