1 x leek
1 x red onion
1 stk celery
1 lrg carrot
1 x Lemon, (juice)
1 x handful Italian parsely
2 cup chicken or veg stock
2 cup water
1 cup white wine
tiny pasta
beans - cannellini, kidney, lima, chickpeas (can used canned beans)
1 tbl tomato paste
Instructions:
Instructions: Fry leek, onion, celery, carrot, parsely in olive oil for 10 minutes. Add stock, water and wine. Add beans and pasta and tomato paste.

Cool all this until vegs are cooked.

Grill pieces of CSABAI sausage and take skin off. Put soup in bowls, put sausage on top and grate some parmesan on top of that.

Truly delicious.
