100 gm leek finely shredded
100 gm chopped onion
2 tsp margarine
2 dl rice uncooked
(1dl = 100 ml)
4 dl vegetable stock
(1dl = 100 ml)
1 can whole tomatoes with liquid
2 tsp lemon juice
spice measure curry and black pepper *
half a spice measure cayenne pepper*
150 gm shrimp shelled

*1 spice measure; do you have something
like this? (kryddmatt in Swedish) Its smaller than a teaspoon.

Here is a great recipe. I tried it today and it was delicious! Its also an
easy dish to make and it doesnt take very long either. Forgive my spelling,
its translated from Swedish again! [Christina]

Fry the onions in margarine about 5 minutes without it getting browned.

Add
rice and stir. Pour in the stock. Add tomatos, lemonjuice, salt and spices.

Simmer under a lid for about 25 minutes. Add the shrimps and clams with liquid. Bring everything to a boil and garnish with parsley.
