Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
450 gm mixed shellfish (mussels prawns squid or scallops)
1 x tablespn sunflower oil
1/2 x cm piece of root ginger peeled and finely chopped
2 clv garlic crushed
1 bn sprig onion chopped
2 x peppers red or green cored deseeded and diced
100 gm beanshoots rinsed
2 x tablespns soy sauce
1/2 tsp Chinese five spice seasoning
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok.

Stir fry the ginger and garlic for one minute.

Add the onions and peppers and stir fry for three minutes.

Add the mixed shellfish and confinue cooking for three minutes.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook for a final two to three minutes.

Serve with noodles or rice.
