Instructions: Make a traditional bolognaise style sauce, complete with mince, vegetables, tomatoes, and herbs/spices.

Place sauce in a dish, leave it to cool down and place mixture overnight in the fridge...

Cook and mash potatoes, spoon over the top of the bolognaise sauce, brush with egg and sprinkle with grated cheese...bake in a moderate oven until hot (about 30 minutes)
