Instructions: Use a stew pot (instead of a casserole).

In the morning mix the raw chopped vegetables and ground beef together in the pot add vegetable soup rosemary and bring it all to a boil on the boiling plate.

Once boiled remove and cover the stew pot and the put in the simmering ovenfor the day.

The potatoes are either cooked or heated at the end of the day.

Before layering them over the meat and vegetables drain off any excess liquid from the meat mixture and either uses it as the base for a quick gravy or serve it as is with the Shepherds Pie at the table.

Top with grated cheese if using and grill in roasting oven.
