175 gm Cauliflower florets, (6oz)
3 x Carrots, sliced
1 tsp Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Ground turmeric
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Sugar
4 tbl Tarragon vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: 689 Blanch the cauliflower and carrots in boiling water for 1 minute.

Refresh in cold water.

Combine all the remaining ingredients and leave to stand for about 1 hour, allowing the cauliflower and carrots to absorb the various flavours.

Serve cooled, but not chilled, as this would kill the flavour.
