1/2 cup	Flour
2 lrg	Chicken breasts
1/2 stk	butter
	----------------- FOR SAUCE ----------------
1/2 cup	Dry sherry
2 tbl	Soy sauce
2 tbl	Lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Coat chicken with flour.

Melt butter in heavy baking dish and brown chicken on all sides. Pour sauce over chicken, cover and bake 325 for 1 hour.
