12 slc Baked or boiled ham, thin
1 cup Dry sherry
1/2 cup Heavy cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate ham in sherry in refrigerator for 12 hours, turning ham occasionally. Remove ham from sherry; roll. Arrange rolls in a single layer in a greased shallow baking dish, placing loose ends down. Pour cream over ham. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
