12 x chicken livers (about 1 lb.)
2 tbl butter or margarine
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add chicken livers and saute for 6 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add sherry, cover, and simmer 5 minutes longer or until cooked through. Serve on toothpicks.
