2 tbl fresh orange juice
2 tbl sherry vinegar
1 x salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small bowl whisk orange juice vinegar salt and pepper together.

Gradually whisk in oil.

Stir in capers.

Use on greens with fruit seafood and poultry.
