Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 pch Ginger
1 cup Sherry
1/3 cup Olive oil
1 tbl Lemon juice
1/4 lb Lamb (cut in 1 1/2" cubes)
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend all seasonings with sherry, oil & juice in mixing bowl. Add meat cubes. Marinate overnight or at least 8 hours. Place meat on skewers.

Leave small gaps between each piece. Broil 3 minutes on each side.

Place skewers on platter when cooked. Pour brandy over. Ignite carefully. Serve while flaming.
