Instructions: Marinate ostrich in Worcestershire sauce in fridge overnight. Soak wooden or bamboo skewers in water for at least 15 minutes. Skewer meats, vegetables and pineapple in alternating pattern. Spear a cherry at the tip of each skewer. Brush skewered items with melted butter, sprinkle with white pepper and wrap in foil. Cook on hot grill for 15 minutes.
