1/2 tsp Water

1 tsp Ginger, grate
1 tsp Lemon peel
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend until smooth; store covered. Drain salad well and toss with dressing immediately before serving, or serve dressing on the table.
