	Boil cabbage for 15 minutes. Pour off the water and add fresh boiling water.
	When cooked tender, drain and set aside until cold. Chop cabbage fine, adding
2 x	beaten eggs
1 tbl	butter
3 tbl	milk or cream

Instructions:

Instructions: Pour into buttered casserole and bake until brown. Spike thinks it would be good
with a sliced or grated apple mixed in with the cabbage before baking.
