Instructions: Grease and flour a 6 cup mold. In large bowl, stir together date filling from date bar mix and water. Mix in the dry mix, eggs, flour, baking powder, molasses, and spices thoroughly. Fold in nuts, raisins, and cherries. Spoon into mold. Cover with foil. Place metal rack or trivet in crock. Add 2 cups of hot water. Place filled mold in pot. Cover and cook on high for 2 or 3 hours. Cool and slice.
