Instructions: Saute the shrimp in water to make sure theyre thawed. Add red onion. Cool.
Core and cube the apples. Toss apples in the lemon juice. Combine the celery, parsley, dill, horseradish and fat-free mayonnaise. Add pepper to taste. Combine the shrimp and onion with the mayonnaise mixture. Add apples. Stuff into cored tomatoes and serve chilled. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
