Instructions: In a large skillet over medium heat, fry shallots and peppers in oil until soft. Add shrimp and cook about 5 minutes. Remove and transfer to large bowl. Add zucchini, cream, bread crumbs, and eggs. Add seasonings and Parmesan. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, covering the bottom, and drop mixture by the tablespoon into the hot oil, frying on one side, turning over and frying on the other side until golden brown.
To make sauce: In a large bowl, blend together mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, garlic, seasonings, lime juice, and lime zest. Serve with Shrimp Cakes. Email this Recipe:
