1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 x clove garlic, minced
16 oz tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 lb cooked shrimp, shell & devein
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter in a saucepan; add onion, celery, green bell pepper and garlic and cook about 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and seasonings and simmer, covered, about 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook about 5 minutes longer.

Serve immediately, bordered with rice.

Yield: 4 servings.
