Instructions: Fry salt pork and remove from pan. Saute onions in fat until light brown and remove from pan. Brown 1 tablespoon flour in fat; add tomatoes with 1 can water: and all other ingredients, including onion. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes. In the last 15 minutes, add precooked and deveined shrimp. Serve over rice.
