Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1/2 cup Diced green pepper
1/2 cup Thinly sliced celery
1 x Minced garlic clove
2 tbl Butter
1/4 cup (18oz) tomato juice
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
1 tbl Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Crushed marjoram
1 tbl Cornstarch
2 tbl Water
1/2 lb Cooked shrimp (3 cups)
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion, green pepper, celery & garlic in butter over low heat until tender but not browned, about 15 minutes. Stir in tomato juice & sauce, sugar, salt & marjoram; heat thoroughly. Combine cornstarch & water, stir into tomato mixture & cook 3-5 minutes until thickened.

Stir in shrimp; heat mixture to serving temperature. Fill center of Rice Wheat Germ Ring with shrimp & sauce; pour remaining sauce over ring. Serve immediately.
