Instructions: Saute onion, green pepper, celery & garlic in butter over low heat until tender but not browned, about 15 minutes. Stir in tomato juice & sauce, sugar, salt & marjoram; heat thoroughly. Combine cornstarch & water, stir into tomato mixture & cook 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Stir in shrimp; heat mixture to serving temperature. Fill center of Rice Wheat Germ Ring with shrimp & sauce; pour remaining sauce over ring. Serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
