Instructions: Toss shrimp with salt to taste. In a saute pan, heat oil on high until it shimmers and barely begins to smoke. Add garlic and ginger; stir briefly, but dont let them brown. Add shrimp and cook, stirring, until they are mostly pink with a few spots of gray, 1-2 minutes. Add edamame and more salt to taste if needed. When shrimp are pink and edamame are hot, remove from heat. Grind pepper over dish.
