2 tbl	Oil
1/2 cup	Shrimp meat
2 tbl	Minced onion
4 x	Beaten eggs
	----------------- Sauce: ----------------
1/4 tsp	Salt
1/4 tsp	Pepper
3 tbl	Soy sauce
1 tsp	Minced green onion
1/4 tsp	Garlic powder
1 pch	Ginger
2 tsp	Brown sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat oil in wok. Saute shrimp until pink. Remove. Saute onion until tender. Return shrimp to wok & stir in eggs. Fry. To prepare sauce combine all ingredients & whisk.
