Instructions: Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, mushrooms, and next 5 ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp turn pink. Spoon into a large bowl, and toss with hot cooked fettuccine.
Cook whipping cream and 1/2 cup butter in skillet over low heat until butter melts. Stir in cheese, parsley, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Pour over shrimp mixture, and toss. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
