2 tbl Butter
2 tbl Flour
1/2 cup Canned tomatoes
2 tbl Finely chooped tomatoes
2 tbl Chopped green peppers
1/4 tsp Garlic minced
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Parsley flakes
1 x Bay leaf
1/2 tsp Celery salt
1 lb Shrimp cooked, peeled and
Deveined
Instructions:
Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 350. F

2. Melt butter in large frying pan. Add flour; cook constantly, until lightly browned.

3. Add tomatoes, green pepper, garlic, salt, thyme, parsley, bay leaf, celery salt, pepper, and salt; simmer 15 minutes.

4. Add shrimp to frying pan; simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Pack cooked rice into greased custard cups; bake for 5 minutes.

6. To serve, unmold rice unto serving platter. Pour shrimp mixture over rice molds.
