1 x Shrimp, cleaned and butterflied
----------------- MARINADE ----------------
2 tbl Shoyu
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Honey
2 tsp Sesame seeds, toasted
1 stalk green onion, minced
1 sm Bunch Chinese parsley, minced
1 x Clove (small) garlic, minced
----------------- DIPPING SAUCE ----------------
4 tbl Shoyu
2 tbl Cider vinegar
1/2 tbl Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix marinade ingredients. Add shrimp to the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes. Dip shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten egg. Fry in oil on medium heat until lightly brown.
