Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Sliced zucchini
2 cup Thinly sliced red bell peppers
1/2 cube butter
1/2 lb Large shrimp, sliced,drained
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup Thinly sliced green onion
2 x Buttons minced garlic
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Fish stock
3 oz White wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Steam zucchini, broccoli and red pepper until tender but crisp. Melt butter in saute pan. Add shrimp, onions, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until shrimp are pink. Add cream and stock, place in a baking dish. Add vegetables and wine. Cover with cheese and place under boiler until melted. Serve.
