4 tsp Butter
1/2 cup Finely chopped celery
2 tsp Chopped bell pepper
2 cup Medium whole shrimp
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp Flour
1 x Salt
1 x Fresh ground black pepper
3 cup Cooked white rice, hot
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt the butter and add celery and bell pepper. Cook until soft. Meanwhile, sprinkle the shrimp with Worcestershire sauce and mix cayenne and flour together. Stir shrimp in the flour and add to the butter mixture. Stir and simmer until the shrimp are cooked, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine with the hot cooked rice and bacon, crumbled with its drippings. Serve Hot From Nathalie Dupree
