2 tbl olive oil
3 x green onions, finely chopped
2 x cloves garlic, minced
1 tbl finely chopped fresh parsley
1 lb jumbo shrimp (16-20 count), peeled and deveined
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
1 tbl gold, (aged) tequila
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1 x jalapeno, finely chopped
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the green onions, garlic, and parsley for 2 to 3 minutes. Lightly flour the shrimp and cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until they are just done. Remove the shrimp and reserve in a warm oven. Add the wine, lemon juice, tequila, pepper, and jalapeno to the frying pan and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the oven, pour the sauce over the shrimp, sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top, garnish with cilantro or parsley, and serve.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with saffron rice and French bread, lightly spread with basil pesto and broiled until lightly toasted.
