Instructions: In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil and saute scallions and garlic. Add shrimp, lemon juice and wine. Cook until shrimp turns pink. Add parsley, lemon zest and red pepper flakes. Stir. Serve over rice or pasta. Garnish with lemon wedges.
