Instructions: Place the lettuce in a medium bowl and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the garlic is golden, stirring occasionally. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream until well combined; remove from the heat and place over the lettuce.
