Instructions: Makes 4 servings
Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, in a bowl and mix well. Add shrimp and marinate for an hour or so in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally. Broil in a shallow pan for about 4 minutes, turning pieces midway during cooking. I made this up Saturday for my husband and me with just a few changes: omitted the oil; substituted rice vinegar for lemon because thats what was in the fridge; broiled just 30 seconds or so on each side coz I used Lazy Womans Shrimp, a/k/a pre-cooked, shelled, de-veined, with tails on. Served it over brown rice pilaf (using the Farmhouse brand quick brown rice; aint no WAY Im gonna wait 45 minutes most nights for brown rice) that had mushrooms and a good Walla Walla sweet onion sliced into it and it was yummers.
