Instructions: Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms and parsley in butter until tender; blend in flour, and cook 1 minute. Gradually add bouillon; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. stir in salt, pepper, and hot sauce, mixing well. Add shrimp and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionaly. Stir in sour cream; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
