Instructions: Season fish inside & out with salt, pepper, paprika & ginger. Stuff fish & sew closed. Cook together tomatoes, water, onion, cloves & bay leaf in med size saucepan for 20 minutes. Melt butter; blend in flour & cook, stirring, over low heat until thick & smooth. Mix butter-flour with tomato mixture; cook 10 minutes then strain. Place fish in shallow roasting pan; lay bacon over fish & top with half the tomato sauce. Bake in 325 oven for 1 hour, basting during baking.
