Instructions: Combine the lemon juice and sugar then add the mushroom caps. Cover to seal well and let stand for 3-4 hours, shake them up often. After the marinating time, drain them well. Combine the cheese and sour cream and then add the shrimp, onion and hot sauce. Stuff the caps. Garnish with a little parika and maybe a shrimp on top if you are getting fancy! Chill until serving time.
